Lifespan

The lifespan of the DMC is a at least 50 years. The heart of the system, the filter tube, has proved its lifespan in the extraction of drinking water.

Other parts, such as the pumps and sensors, have a shorter life. It is therefore recommended that these be replaced every ten years, as preventive maintenance.
